1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ZealVault. By creating an account you confirm that you have read them and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login details, PIN and two-factor codes private. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. Tell support straight away if you think someone else has access.

3. Identity verification

We may ask you to verify your identity before you withdraw or use certain features. We may restrict an account while verification is incomplete or if the information provided cannot be confirmed.

4. Deposits and balances

Balances are recorded as ledger entries. A deposit is credited after it has been reviewed and confirmed. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network by you.

5. Investments

Investment plans have a fixed term, a minimum amount and a projected return set by ZealVault. Projected returns are not market data and are not guaranteed. You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals require a verified identity and your PIN. They may be reviewed before they are paid, may be subject to fees shown before you confirm, and may be declined or delayed where we need to protect you or comply with the law.

7. Fees

Any fee that applies to you is shown before you confirm an action. A fee may be charged in a different coin from the one you are withdrawing, in which case you need a balance of that coin.

8. Referrals and bonuses

Referral rewards and bonuses are given only as described when they are offered and may have conditions, limits and end dates. We may withhold or reverse a reward obtained through fake accounts, self-referral or other misuse.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to attack or disrupt it, or to open more than one account to gain an advantage. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Our responsibility

We work to keep the service available and your records accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by market movements, by events outside our control, or by your own mistakes.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page show when they last changed. Continuing to use ZealVault after a change means you accept the updated terms.
